The Teatrismo class is a motivational course designed to enhance the natural and instinctive learning abilities of each student. Through the use of simple materials/tools students will be exploring their very own physical, analytical and reflective capabilities and limits to create “plays” based on personal, social and cultural problems surrounding the age limits and their local or global community. By using soccer balls and other easy attainable items, students will come to understand the importance of a “sphere” and adapt these techniques to formulate, understand, and maintain character development and ensemble work, while at the same time building safety, accountability and responsibility for themselves and those around them.
